Chipton Barton is situated in a quiet country location with wonderful open southerly views, yet only about 2 miles from the historic waterside town of Dartmouth. The market towns of Kingsbridge and Totnes are about 10 miles away, with the sailing centre of Salcombe about 30 minutes drive

Chipton Barton is a range of beautiful stone barns, walled gardens, fields and vineyards spread out over 12 acres. There is a 40' indoor heated pool and games barn with toys, videos, darts, table tennis, snooker table and table football. There is a grass tennis court, trampoline, plenty of space in which to relax with beautiful walks down to Old Mill Creek of the River Dart

Vine Cottage
Set apart, Vine Cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and its own private garden and patio areea with bar-b-que. Southerly facing, it has wonderful views across the pine woods and valley. The downstairs is a large open plan room, with modern fitted kitchen, (including washing machine and dish washer) dining and sitting areas. To complement full central heating, it has a wood burning stove

The Stables
Recently converted, the Stables provides comfortable holiday accommodation with open country views towards Dartmouth. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (shower over bath). Downstairs, a spacious lounge and adjoining sunroom, a toilet/shower room and a large, well equipped kitchen/dining room, complete with dishwasher and washing machine. Sliding doors lead from the kitchen to a large private patio, which overlooks the valley. The Stables is centrally heated, situated near to the swimming pool and games room and sleeps 6.

The Linhay Barn
is situated near the main farm house. It has steps leading up to the first floor accommodation taking advantage of beautiful open country views.

There are two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a bathroom (power shower over bath). The living accommodation is an open plan style. A well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting room (with night storage heating).

Set in the heart of the South Hams, Chipton Barton provides a delightful retreat from the pace of modern life, yet is close to plenty of attractions:

Woodlands Leisure Park and Dartmouth Golf and Country Club are 5 minutes away. Slapton Beach, with its famous nature reserve, and Blackpool Sands are just a few more miles
