estate of a village squire in 1700s.
The village of Tarvin is located in the centre of the attractive Cheshire
countryside 7km from the historic roman city of Chester. It has a good range of
shops including a mini-supermarket, greengrocers, chemist, delicatessen,
newsagents, coffee shop, hairdressers, fashion boutique, petrol station. There
are three pubs all serving food as well as a Chinese and a high quality Thai
restaurant.
The City of Chester of one of England1s most picturesque cities built in roman
times with old city on a high sandstone wall. The streets have shops on two
levels and an extensive worldwide selection of shopping and restaurants. The
nightlife is busy with entertainment ranging from live theatre to jazz venues
and discos.
The village of Tarvin is close to Delamere Forest and the spectacular sandstone trail. Beeston castle is only 6miles away and there numerous other interesting places to visit. Chester has many attractions not least the river, the old Roman walls and the two level shopping rows. There is a worldwide selection of restaurants many in very old buildings. The fantastic surrounding countryside offers a range of premier golf courses and a wide range of country pursuits such as hiking and cycling.
