Helsby, near Frodsham, a quiet town in the heart of Cheshire. Beautifully
furnished in a fresh, modern style with up-to-date kitchens and bathrooms, the
four star plus rated cottages provide a real 'home from home' experience for
individuals, groups or families looking for a comfortable place to live, not
just to sleep!

Guests from both the UK and around the world have been
impressed by our high standard of our luxury self catering accommodation. Our
cottages reside in a quiet location in the heart of Helsby village, yet within a
two minute walk to the shops and the railway station, and within easy reach of
Chester city centre, picturesque North Wales, Liverpool and Manchester. Stay
with us for a short break - two days or a week - or enjoy our cottages for a
longer stay. We offer complete flexibility.
Homestead Boutique Cottages are managed by the owners, Sue and Phil. Between
them they have created four bright, well appointed, luxurious dwellings. Sue is
responsible for the design, lavish furnishing and Guest care, whilst Phil looks
after the fabric of the building, equipment, gardens and maintenance. Living
nearby, they are always on hand to welcome you and deal with any requirement
that you might have.
Relaxation in luxurious surroundings
The cottages provide modern, non-smoking, pet-free, bright
and spacious self catering accommodation for up to four people in double, single
or twin bedrooms, some en-suite. Each cottage has its private entrance, and
central heating and wi-fi are standard. Externally there are private paved
garden areas with planting and seating, and two designated places in our private
car park.
Your bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, memory foam mattresses and Egyptian cotton
bed linen. A hair dryer is also provided.
Lounges have modern, comfortable settees and armchairs, gas living flame fire,
adjustable lighting, flat screen TV and DVD player. Kitchens are fully equipped
including microwave and integral electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer,
dishwasher and either washing machine or washer/dryer. Chef’s cutlery,
saucepans, serving dishes and everything else that you might need to prepare
either a snack or gourmet meal is provided.
Modern dining suites with comfortable leather carver chairs are complimented by
table decoration, and quality glassware, crockery and cutlery.
Bathrooms are modern and fully tiled with both a mains pressure shower and bath,
and heated towel rail. Floor mats, flannels and towels are of the highest
quality, as are the soaps, gels and shampoos provided.
The comfort of our Guests is paramount, we provide books, magazines and DVD's,
and we spare no expense in providing best quality consumables and provisions in
our welcome pack, including fresh bread, tea, coffee and fruit juices, and
organic milk and eggs etc. Welcome packs, toiletries, housekeeping and laundry
service help to ensure that you devote your time to relaxation.
Near J14 of the M56, Homestead Boutique Cottages are located 10 minutes from
Chester city centre in the village of Helsby near the market town of Frodsham.
In Helsby and Frodsham you can find everything you might need including a Health
Spa, Banks, Tesco and Morrisons, Costa Coffee, quaint tea shops and a handful of
excellent pubs and restaurants as well as takeaways.
Chester is famous for its shopping rows, city walls, Roman ruins, racecourse and
of course Chester Zoo. This, together with its shopping malls, boat trips on the
Dee, many diverse restaurants, and street entertainment, makes it a vibrant city
centre where there is always something to do.
Just ten minutes from the Cottages you will find the Cheshire Oaks Designer
Outlet Village, the largest in the UK, the Blue Planet Aquarium and the Maritime
Museum.
For the outdoor types, there are four golf clubs within easy reach, beautiful
walks to Helsby Hill and the Sandstone trail which offer spectacular views over
Cheshire and the Mersey estuary. Delamere Forest is only a five minute drive or
thirty minute walk away. There are also many on and off-road, local and national
cycle routes in the vicinity, so why not bring your bike!
