For the comfort of all our guests we have a no smoking and no pets policy.

We have recently installed wireless broadband which is accessible in both parts of the building.

A welcome pack of provisions can be provided by arrangement prior to arrival.

There is easy access to main roads and motorways to London and beyond. The main line rail service via Liverpool Street Station takes approximately 1 hour.

Whatever your fancy, Walnut Tree Cottage as a whole is a self-catering cottage that can sleep up to 10 people. However, the accommodation can be split to provide independently secure accommodation for fewer guests. The main cottage, "Walnut", can sleep up to 6 whereas the annex, "Pickled Walnut", can sleep up to 4.

Walnut

Fully centrally heated, “Walnut” has a downstairs loo and offers comfort for up to six people. The spacious hallway with original tiles invites you through to the sitting room with television, wood buring stove and sofa bed. In winter a complementary basket of logs is provided for the wood burner and additional logs can be purchased on site.
