The George, a 16th century inn next door, serves lunch and dinner every day, and
there are many more pubs and restaurants in the locality.

The Granary stands in the grounds of Chalk Farmhouse, said to be the oldest house in the village of Babraham. It's a quiet pretty spot, 15 minutes from Cambridge (except in the rush hour!), 25 minutes from Stansted Airport and about 65 miles from London.
The George Inn next
door to The Granary serves good food at lunchtimes and evenings. Fish and chips,
and Indian and Chinese restaurants can be found in the nearby village of Sawston
(two miles), plus shops, banks. and a chemist Babraham is a quiet, pretty
village with a regular bus service to Cambridge (about six
miles away). The bus stop is less than five minutes walk from the Granary. It
makes an ideal base for exploring the historic city of Cambridge, but is also
close to Newmarket racecourse (about 20 minutes drive) and 10 minutes from the
M11, offering fast access to London in one direction or the Midlands and beyond
in the other
