Brookacre flats, Cambridge
Brookacre flats are located in Birdwood Road which is a quiet area situated just outside of Cambridge city centre. It is within walking distance of Addenbrookes Hospital, as well as the railway station and local convenience stores. The accommodation is located on a regular bus route, which will take you to principal shopping areas and the historic city centre.
The property itself is divided into four self-catering flats and there is a communal patio area with outdoor seating for your use. All flats have been fully fitted with uPVC double glazing, and have their own front doors for easy access. The properties have all recently undergone full restoration, being decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Parking could not be easier as there are no restrictions on the surrounding roads allowing you to park directly outside your chosen flat.

Churchill
This first floor self-contained flat has one double bedroom, with fitted wardrobe. A second bedroom is located in the loft conversion which has slopping ceilings and accommodates 2 single beds, it also has a lounge and dinning table, providing ample space to relax. Easy chairs, television and video player are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay including cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave and cutlery, crockery and utensils. There is a spacious shower room with WC, washbasin and shaver point.
Darwin
This ground floor studio flat has one spacious studio room, which contains a double bed and a single Futon chair bed. The room is furnished with a large desk, fitted wardrobes and colour television along with a video player for guests leisure. It has a dining table with chairs as well as a breakfast bar with two stools (located in the kitchen), ensuring dining in is comfortable. The shower room has a spacious shower, WC and washbasin. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge /freezer, microwave, all cutlery, crockery and utensils required for your stay.
Magdalene
This is a first floor studio flat with private entry located at
the side of the property. It has a large room with a double bed, two double
wardrobes and a chest of drawers. There is a colour television and video player,
with an easy chair for relaxing. It has a dining table with chairs as well as a
breakfast bar with two stools (located in the kitchen) ensuring dining in is
comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge /freezer,
microwave, all cutlery, crockery and utensils required for your stay. The shower
room has a spacious shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Emmanuel
This ground floor flat had a bedroom with two single beds (can
be used as a double),
and fitted wardrobes. There is a lounge / diner with two sofas, study area,
television and video player, along with a dining table and chairs. The lounge
has double patio doors, which open up into a conservatory, which also houses a
seating area. The conservatory opens up into a private garden with outdoor
seating. The kitchen is modern and contemporary, fully fitted with large fridge
/ freezer, gas cooker and hob and all the utensils, crockery and cutlery you
need for your stay. There is also a good sized breakfast bar and stools within
the kitchen for easy dining. There is a large bathroom with bath, power shower,
WC and washbasin. A private garden is provided with fencing and trees. This flat
has been stylishly decorated to a very high standard and comes with off road
parking by prior arrangement.
