A self catering two bed holiday cottage centrally located to accommodate
everyone close to a number of the major tourist attractions.
This newly converted former grain store is situated in the south east wales,
village of Deri in the DARRAN VALLEY, located near the town of bargoed in the
borough of Caerphilly.
With breathtaking countryside views, set in a rural location, we are within
walking distance of the friendly village of Deri, although a car would be
required to access all areas. Newport, Caerphilly , Cardiff, Swansea, Pontypool
, Rhondda Valleys, Gelligaer, Barry, Are all within easy travelling distance.
There are a number of local activities an 18 hole golf course, cycling,
rambling, horse riding, perhaps paragliding.
The Brecon Beacons are literally 20 minutes away ,you can visit a number of
castles and living museums and places of historic interest catering for all
ages.
The cottage sleeps up to a max of 6 people

GWERN TY ISAF offers a cosy lounge, with freeview lcd tv/dvd, a large
conservatory overlooking the countryside. Underfloor heating on the ground floor
provides a luxurious warmth , all fuel bills are included in the price.
The fully equipped country style kitchen has all the mod cons, gas hob,
electric oven, toaster, microwave, washing machine/dryer. There is a modern
bathroom with separate bath /shower, and a downstairs toilet/cloakroom.
There is a large off road parking area with your own private walled garden with
a built in stone bbq.

GWERN TY ISAY, formally a grain store is located in an acre of ground adjacent
to our residential barn surrounded by a natural stone wall.
We are a stones throw away from a number of the areas premier attractions.
If you bring your bikes /paragliders we can lock them away in a secure area.
A wireless internet room is provided free of charge for internet browsing.
Well behaved dogs are encouraged
“ THEY NEED A BREAK TOO” There are a number of countryside walks right outside
the front door, “doggy heaven”
For walking routes google PARC CWM DARRAN, a countryside park within walking
distance.
