old market town of Olney, The Old Stone Barn provides an ideal location
for charming self-catering apartments
Home Farm is a working arable farm growing mainly wheat and oilseed rape, and is the home of the Pibworth family. Every effort is made to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The Apartments comprise a barn conversion facing onto the courtyard. All apartments have their own, private, entrances. Please note that all of our apartments are NON SMOKING.
We welcome children, and there is, in addition to the heated
swimming pool, a grassed play area.
The swimming pool is open for guests to use throughout the summer months.We also
have a croquet lawn, patios and gardens for all to enjoy.
The Old Stone Barn
consists of six superb self-catering apartments which all differ slightly, but
each includes an entrance hall, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with electric
cookers and microwaves. All apartments are centrally heated and are equipped
with colour TV. Linens and towels are provided and there is also a laundry room
with washing machines and a tumble dryer. Each apartment has its own payphone.
Fax facilities are available at the Farm House. Pets are welcome by prior
arrangement only.

Wellcroft

The Wellcroft apartment is part of the main stone barn conversion. It is
a single storey ground floor apartment which is partially stone and
wooden cladding.
This apartment consists of one double bedroom, kitchen/living room, hall and bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave oven and fridge with ice compartment. There is a dining table and chairs, two armchairs and colour television and video in the living room. The living room and bedroom have fitted carpets whilst the entrance hall, bathroom and kitchen area have ceramic tiles. There is a pay telephone. Outside Wellcroft there is a patio area with table and chairs. This apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple. |

conversion. It is a ground floor apartment.
The apartment consists of one bedroom, an entrance hall, a bathroom and kitchen/living room. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. This can be used for two people or as a family room. The bathroom has a bath. The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric oven and hob, microwave oven and a fridge freezer. In the living room there is a dining table and chairs, a sofa, armchair and stool, colour television and video. You come into the apartment on a half landing. There are 4 steps up to the first floor. On the first floor the apartment consists of two bedrooms, a landing, a bathroom, kitchen and living room.One bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a super kingsize double bed. The second bedroom has twin beds. The bathroom has a bath with a shower. The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric oven and hob, microwave oven, a fridge freezer and a slimline dishwasher. In the living room there is a dining table and chairs, a large corner sofa, colour television and video. Downstairs is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bath. This has twin beds which can be made into a super kingsize double bed. There is a second TV. There is a washer/dryer off from the bathroom.
