Bosworlas is a Victorian farmhouse, adjacent to a working farm, close to the historic mining village of St. Just in Penwith, 9 miles from Lands End. This traditional farmhouse will accommodate up to 9 people. It is the ideal location to experience the real Cornwall of dramatic landscape with soaring cliffs and quaint coves. Picturesque working fishing villages offer great sightseeing in a unique microclimate

Bedrooms - 4 bedrooms, all located on the first floor, 2 double rooms, 1 twin room and family room with three singles and a cot. Three of the bedrooms have Pine furniture with the third being in an Oak style. Linen and duvets are provided.

Kitchen - Fridge/Freezer, Electric Cooker, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing Machine and Stainless and Belfast Sinks.

Bathrooms - Upstairs Bathroom; Bath with Shower over, WC. Downstairs WC.

Lounge - 30ft lounge with two 3 piece suites, TV, video and CD stereo system overlooking the garden

Dining Room - Separate dining room adjacent to the kitchen, with large dining table and chairs.

There is a great variety of attractions and amenities locally to interest the whole family from beaches to art galleries, golf courses to gardens and a host of first class restaurants and pubs

Other activities that are also in close proximity include: Walks on the Cornish Coastal Footpath, Horse Riding and Pony Trekking, Surfing, Windsurfing, Sailing, Kite surfing, Mountain Biking, Shooting and Fishing

By Road

At Exeter join the A30, the main trunk road through Cornwall and follow it to Penzance – about 2 hours drive from Exeter.

Take the ring road around Penzance and at the fourth roundabout, turn right onto the A3071, sign posted "St.Just".

Pass through the village of Newbridge, up the hill and eventually go past the old clay works on your left (on a clear day, you can the Isles of Scilly from this vantage point). Continue on down the hill and at the bottom turn onto an unclassified road sign posted to "Sancreed".

Proceed for 300 yards, then turn right on to a minor road, sign posted "Bosworlas Farm". Continue down into the valley for about ½ mile and the farm is on the right along its own drive.

By Air
There are several daily budget flights from London – Gatwick and Stansted to Newquay Airport. Car hire is available at the airport.

By Train
The nearest railway station is Penzance from where taxi hire or car rentals are available for your onward journey to Bosworlas Farmhouse. St.Just is a rural area and the public transport infrastructure is fairly basic – a car is most useful
