The Stables self catering holiday cottage on the Isle of Anglesey is a lovingly converted former stable attached to a former farm cottage with about half an acre of garden and orchard where free range hens roam.
The cottage consists of an open plan area with a crog (gallery) loft with a double bed. A shower room/w.c. Kitchen with fitted units, microwave, fridge, washing machine, iron & ironing board, electric fan oven and gas hob. The main living area has a colour T.V table and chairs and two futons which convert easily into two double beds. There is also a travel cot available.
This self catering holiday cottage in Anglesey is heated by a log effect electric fire and lpg gas central heating.
All bed linen is supplied, guests should however bring their own towels. Prices include electricity and gas April – September. (Supplement charged during the winter months.)
The Stables
is situated 4 miles inland from picturesque Cemaes Bay and a short drive from
Amlwch. Shops, takeaways and pubs serving food can be found in both Cemaes Bay
and Amlwch. Wylfa power station visitor centre and Cemlyn Bay are also nearby.
The cottage is within easy distance from Llyn Alaw for bird watching, fishing,
walking. There is an excellent beach in Cemaes Bay. Signposted scenic cycle
routes on Anglesey can also be picked up near to the cottage.
