Puffins - Imagine....an

self catering home and garden right on the beach and near the shops, pubs.and
restaurants
The house is located by the sea on Braye Beach. It is close to
all the amenities of.Braye Harbour ~ restaurants,
pubs, food shops etc. and about 1 km from the town of.St
Anne.
All rooms in "Puffins" are newly
decorated, well appointed and spacious. The floors in the bathrooms and kitchen
are ceramic tiled, and all other rooms have an oak finish floor that is
attractive, easy to keep clean and durable against the beach sand you will
inevitably bring in! "Puffins" is licensed to sleep up to 6 people plus one
baby.
Double bedroom No 1 is a spacious and airy room with a fitted
wardrobe, a dressing table and a chest of drawers. The floor is 'oak' with
Chinese scatter rugs. There are large French doors to the main garden, with a
patio outside. It is next to the main bathroom.
Double bedroom No 2 has a matching wardrobe and bedside
tables. There is an en suite shower room, wash basin and wc. The floor is 'oak'
with scatter rugs. The view is to the main garden.
The twin bedroom has bunk beds, a fitted wardrobe and a chest
of drawers. It is next to the main bathroom. The view is to the main garden.
The spacious dining room has two large French doors ~ facing
the sea at one side and the main garden on the other. The table seats six and
there is an antique dresser. This is a very large and spacious room and a
favourite with visitors.
The kitchen is well appointed and fitted with an electric
oven, a microwave cooker, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a fridge/freezer.
There is a table with 4 chairs and ample cupboard space.
The large main room has two settees, two armchairs,
bookshelves, TV with a DVD player and hifi. There is a wide door to the
sea-front with wheelchair access.
The main bathroom has a bath, shower with wheelchair access,
w.c. and washbasin. It is tiled throughout.
The study has well stocked bookshelves, a selection of games
and a computer with free broadband access and Skype.
The spacious conservatory has spectacular views to the sea
and the garden. There is a table with chairs, a low table, a sofa and two
armchairs. The French doors open to the garden.
The rear garden at Puffins is South facing and sheltered. It
is well planted with mature shrubs, flowers and trees. There is a large table
with 4 seats for al fresco dining, a double seat for peaceful moments, and two
sun loungers. There is a barbeque provided.
There is access to the rear garden from 3 French doors ~ the
conservatory, the main bedroom and the dining room.
The garden is planted to produce flowers throughout the year
~ but with our hot summers the best time for flowers is in May and June.
Some of the garden is landscaped with pebbles and sleepers
which meld into the seaside atmosphere.
The front garden faces the sea and there
is good wheelchair access to the house and the bathroom and shower are
wheelchair friendly
